...no matter how long ago you had your little ones, prioritising yourself in terms of your physical and psychological wellbeing is something that shouldn't always be the thing to slip down life's to do list!

I offer postnatal one-to-one training, with workouts designed and tailored for you in whatever stage you are at in your postnatal journey. I have a purpose built studio in my home which I invite clients to, focussing on free weights, bands and mat work. This is a non-intimidating space where your baby is also welcome. I understand the juggle in finding time to focus on yourself around your little one so this was a priority for me when setting up Back to Me.

For clients who have more recently given birth we will ease you back into fitness in a safe way with focus on pelvic floor and core rehabilitation, as well as on areas of the body that can weaken during pregnancy and postnatally. No matter if you are years past giving birth, we can tailor workouts that are applicable to your fitness levels and goals you are looking to achieve.
